A Strategic Collector has responsibility for the management of a specifically assigned AR portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies independently.
• Act as a representative of the company in handling complaints and disputes with both internal and external customers.
• Provide consultation to management regarding assigned portfolio
• Make decisions regarding collections and credit status of customers within assigned portfolio
• Develop and recommend process and policy improvements to create efficiencies
• Provide policy interpretation as needed to internal stakeholders
• Act as a resource for a variety of requests for information pertaining to assigned portfolio
