Capstone Logistics is hiring motivated Production Associates to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a piece-rate position paying $0.18 per box with a production target of 107.7 boxes per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and assemble boxes at a steady pace (1 box every ~28 seconds)

• Meet hourly and daily production goals

• Stand for extended periods (four hours at a time)

• Perform general warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and cleanup

• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
