Claims Compliance manager
• Process claims from filing to resolution efficiently, accurately, and within time standards
• Research and evaluate evidence to help make informed decisions around a claim and respond accordingly
• Negotiate settlements with stakeholders as needed
• Communicate and build strong relationships with internal team members, carriers, insurance companies and customers
• Timely provide claims status updates and respond to stakeholder questions and concerns
• Coach operations team on how to manage a potential claims situation
• Oversee KPIs related to claims resolution
Compliance
• Oversee compliance function, including learning the industry legal and compliance landscape and staying abreast of any changes
• Review escalations related to onboarding and prequalifying new carriers
• Inform other departments on compliance protocol through communication and presentations
• Review legal documents and understand basic legal concepts to spot issues for business consideration

• Ability and desire to learn new industry-specific regulations relating to compliance and claims

What We Need to See
• Minimum 4 years of relevant insurance claims and compliance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
