We are looking for strong results-oriented leader that has a proven track record in handle performance management, IDPs, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and counseling for assigned team member(s). This is a key role within the Capstone success model and will create, lead and drive candidate-centric focus across recruiting team. Model, monitor and ensure best-in-class candidate care through recruiting lifecycle.

This individual is responsible and participate in setting the vision, strategy, and leadership for the Talent Acquisition team, dedicated to attracting and hiring the best talent for Capstone Logistics. The Manager will be a hands-on agile leader who can develop others. This individual will be a hands-on results-oriented leader who can develop and drive short/long term recruitment strategies, process-oriented and leverages best practices to manage full life cycle recruitment process.

This key team member will monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly hiring activities to determine staffing effectiveness across the company and will have budget and compliance responsibilities.

  • Proven and demonstrated experience leading and coaching high caliber recruiting team
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and obtain a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals

Recruitment Manager requirements and qualifications

  • 3 + years of leading recruiting teams
  • Worked in high-volume high intensity environments
  • 3 + years in leading virtual teams and getting exceptional results
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proven knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Employer Branding strategies
  • 5-8 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and solutions oriented
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player that inspires
  • Good time-management skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
