Compensation:Starting at $16.00/hr (Pay depends on production and shift)
Wage: Starting at $16.00/hr (Pay depends on production and shift)
Shifts:
1st: Monday -- Friday, 5:00 am -- 1:30 pm, $16.00
2nd: Monday -- Friday, 1:00 pm -- 9:30 pm, $16.25
3rd: Monday -- Friday, 9:00 pm -- 5:30 am, $16.50
Duties required but not limited to:
- Accurately performs the work presented daily
- Display and encourage teamwork
- Maintain positive working relationships with all employees
- Communicate effectively with peers, leads and members of management
Associate Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able and willing to comply with both Insource and client best practices, policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to stand and work for entire shift.
- Must be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
- Must be able to work overtime and work on weekends if the operational demands require.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. consistently
- Self-disciplined individual with strong work ethic
- Thoroughness and attention to detail, with an ability to adhere to a timeline to ensure success
- Having a sense of urgency, without overlooking critical details
