RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and carry out directions as provided by team lead


• Demonstrate accuracy of work at all times


• Navigate warehouse equipment to ensure orders are properly picked and prepared


• Package customer orders according to order requests


• Review documentation and work following procedures laid out


• Completed tasks within set timeframes


• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to optimize work completion


• Assist with training of new team members


• Ensure company safety guidelines and policies are met at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as an order selector in a warehouse is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate


• Fast learner with the willingness to improve


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Proven expertise in getting consumer orders correctly


• Proficient in technology including RF Scanners


• Diligent and meticulous in ensuring accuracy


• High work ethics to meet company policies and guidelines


• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 75lbs


• Must be able to stand for long hours at a time
