IC Vendor Coordinator
-Schedule is Monday to Friday (7:30AM-4:00PM, 8:00am-4:30pm, or 830a-5:00pm).
-Travel required for orientations, audits and to assist with startups. The coordinator must have a valid Driver's license & be available to travel at least once per quarter. Start-ups will require the Recruiter to travel for a minimum of a week at a time.

The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day operations, vendor (Driver) recruitment, vendor compliance & Vendor Audits. Schedule is Monday to Friday (7:30AM-4:00PM, 8:00am-4:30pm, or 830a-5:00pm).
Responsibilities:
- Travel required for orientations, audits and to assist with startups. The coordinator must have a valid Driver's license & be available to travel at least once per quarter. Start-ups will require the Recruiter to travel for a minimum of a week at a time.
- Place ads and review online vendor applications from various job posting websites.
- Research and recruit new vendors locally, regionally, and nationally as needed. Maintain a working relationship with vendors to ensure policies are being adhered to and compliance is being kept up to date.
- Work directly with Onboarding, procuring, and maintaining vendor profiles.
- Ensure vendor compliance for insurance, vehicle registration, and licenses.
- Terminating contracts of vendors who are not upholding company policies and procedures.
- Follow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates.
- Work collaboratively with the team to build and maintain a solid, trusted database of contractors/partners.
-Managing and updating weekly schedules of vendors
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm (flexible on shift)
