JOB SUMMARY:
Capstone Logistics is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will play a vital part in developing high-impact content and visual assets that support sales enablement, brand awareness, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work directly with the Brand & Content Manager and work cross-functionally with Sales, Digital Marketing, and external vendors to bring our story to life. If you’re a strong communicator with a knack for PowerPoint, a passion for clean design, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals and copy, we want to hear from you!
This role supports all Capstone solutions including warehouse services, freight management and last-mile delivery, and will have a direct impact on our sales processes. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of Capstone’s brand and product value propositions, and a passion for utilizing marketing channels to drive lead generation, engagement, retention, and new sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develop and format PowerPoint presentations for Sales and Marketing that are on-brand, compelling, and engaging.
• Assist in the creation and layout of marketing assets such as case studies, product sheets, infographics, social graphics, and email content.
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager and creative partners to apply visual and editorial brand guidelines consistently.
• Support the content development process from initial drafts to final edits, including proofreading, light copywriting, and visual polish.
• Manage asset versions and file organization to ensure a clean, accessible library of content resources.
• Help maintain the content calendar, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative thinking to content projects.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva to edit or prepare visual assets when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide design, animations, and formatting.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and interest in learning and growing.
• B2B sales or marketing experience
Strongly Preferred:
• Experience creating sales presentations and proposals, product sheets, and customer case studies
• Experience in social media content, SEO, and web advertising
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or technology fields
• Understanding of SEO and paid search best practices.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and advanced capabilities in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English
