- Maintain and segment the contact database by key attributes (industry, title, seniority, commodity, region); resolve duplicates and manage Do Not Contact lists.
- Build and optimize campaign automations, templates, scoring models, MQL workflows, and dashboards in Pardot and Salesforce.
- Generate ideas for expanding new target lists and launching new campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Use tools like ZoomInfo and LISN to support prospect targeting, ABM efforts, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Deliver weekly sales reports including site visits, intent data, news, MQLs; manage follow-up resources and content in SharePoint.
- Independently manage the events calendar, tradeshows, sponsorships, and vendor/contractor relationships in support of campaign execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales operations, or lead generation.
- Proven ability to manage projects and campaigns independently, from planning through execution.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot).
- Strong data skills; advanced Excel required, Power BI and SQL a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
