The Opportunity:
As a Reach Truck / Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse operations, ensuring product is moved, stored, and staged safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Operating reach trucks, sit-down, or stand-up forklifts to move freight

• Loading and unloading trailers safely and accurately

• Stacking and replenishing pallets in racking systems

• Picking, staging, and organizing product for outbound shipments

• Performing equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs

• Supporting general warehouse tasks such as palletizing, housekeeping, and assisting teammates as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating reach trucks, stand-up, or sit-down forklifts required

• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; work is physical and fast-paced

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and teamwork mindset
