Technical Solutions Specialist
Remote: M-F 8AM -5PM
Compensation:
$75,000 Yearly
JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Solution Lead is responsible for overall technical solution delivery of assigned projects tasks, and business development efforts. The Specialist will craft the vision for the implementation of the technology work stream which includes integration platforms and processes, and data management and migration /deployment. This role has a breadth of knowledge across the technical landscape and is familiar with all technical assets from infrastructure through software and understanding how they solve business problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities:
- Develop functional requirements through an agile or lean process and create functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including scalability, security, and reliability requirements
- Develop and maintain TMS software technical specifications
- Drive the implementation and delivery of impactful software, coordinating with stakeholders and other technical teams to push solutions to end users.
- Work with third party software vendors and develop technical expertise in essential 3rd party software systems and guide software development teams’ collaboration with software development support from these vendors
- Complete daily tasks as assigned related to setup, configuration, updates in CLM Software

QUALIFICATIONS:
education and/or experience:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven and demonstrated experience architecting, leading development, and delivering to market one or more enterprise or consumer centric software solutions
- Experience in leading efforts on large-scale integration projects involving multiple software components, agencies/departments, stakeholders
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated experience in design, modeling development, integration, and deployment of software solutions with multi-vendor 3rd party component systems preferred
knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Experience with Project Management, scheduling, and superb organization skills.
- Working knowledge of CXT (or comparable TMS), Integration setup and troubleshooting, and SQL reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
