Equipment Asset Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
- This role will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient equipment management while optimizing costs, safety, and performance. This role requires proactive records maintenance, strict adherence to compliance standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to support operational needs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update equipment inventory needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage records, licenses, warranties, and service agreements
- Track equipment performance, ensuring optimal usage and identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Procure new equipment and supplies while managing costs through product standardization where possible
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and operational requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient equipment operation and maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to verify safety, functionality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Provide strategic input for capital expenditures related to equipment acquisition and deployment
- Develop and manage budgets for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Maintain vendor and contractor relationships related to equipment servicing and repairs
