Job Description

Capstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment". As a "critical infrastructure industry" worker in the Transportation and Logistics industry, associates are considered exempt from local restrictions such as curfews, shelter-in-place orders, and other mobility restrictions when reporting to, returning from, or performing his or her work functions.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. The CSR will be expected to partner with site and region Leadership.

The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Order Cleansing
  • Management/Creation of ICRs/Filters
  • Customer Communications, managing Adds/Cuts, Communicate on Missing orders and Off Template Orders
  • Order completion confirmation
  • Product setup, mapping & maintenance
  • Reconciliation of order adjustment made by route salespeople
  • Any other Business Channel Order processing as required.

* Flex Schedule:

- The work could begin as early as 3:00 am for locations covered OR end as late as midnight for locations covered.

- The days of week could move to any day of the week.

- If 5 days are needed, the shift will last 8 hours.

- If 4 days are needed, the shift will last 10 hours.

- The employee will be notified 4 weeks in advance of any changes to the base schedule.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of sales/supply chain experience
  • Previous order management transaction processing experience
  • Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS
  • Demonstrated Capability of the SAP solution
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service environment
