Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The HRIS Analytics specialist will support people and compliance data management through standard and custom reporting as well as develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards. The HRIS Analytics specialist also supports the HRIS Help Desk and maintenance of all HRIS/HCM systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Human Resources Information Systems (ADP preferred)
    • Data analysis and transformation of results into scorecards, dashboards and reports
    • Microsoft Excel including Power Pivot, Power Query and other analytic tools
    • Office 365
  • Data cleansing
  • Creativity, resourcefulness and insight
  • Self-starter, highly responsive, and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and maintain a high-level of accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a cross-functional team

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Maintains HRIS systems and databases to ensure data accuracy
  • Performs data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies
  • Supports outbound and inbound HRIS data feeds to in-house and 3rd party systems
  • Creates and maintains routine and ad hoc reports, scorecards and dashboards in support of human resources operations.
  • Provide support for data/system errors, HR/HRIS standard operating procedures, security account creation and maintenance
  • Supports the HRIS Help Desk as needed
  • Performs additional accountabilities as required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Data entry

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree in Information Systems, Human Resources and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of HRIS or HR data entry experience in professional HR environment - knowledge of ADP strongly preferred.
