Inventory Control Analyst
JOB SUMMARY:
- This role ensures accurate inventory management and compliance while resolving operational outages across 3PL and distribution center operations. This role leads key activities such as reconciliations, chargebacks, and risk reporting, while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and support workload execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address outages related to 3PL operations.
- Ensure finished goods inventory PVAR optimization and SAG compliance.
- Develop plans to address outages impacting operations and finished goods inventory.
- Lead key finished goods activities for the location including reconciliation, chargeback activity, and risk reports.
- Collaborate with management for volume planning to ensure workload execution.
- Communicate proactively with management on statues, barriers to performance, and tactics to recovery.
- Partner with stakeholders to driver performance improvements.
- Reconcile prior week and day inbound and outbound shipments to maintain accurate inventory and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Balance FIG/SAP systems, make corrections or journal entry requests, and process journal entries by established deadlines.
- Monitor and create PIDs (MI31), update or change counts in MI24 as required.
- Code-date stale products in ICS after loads are tripped using the ICS Stale Summary/Due Out screen.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances, including TO adjustments, chargebacks, and differences of ±$100.
- Review camera footage, documentation, and communications to investigate and finalize unresolved adjustments.
- Monitor product movements and ensure that stale or expired products are handled appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS:
education and/or experience:
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Coursework or certification in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in DC Operations
knowledge, skills and abilities
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse processes.
- Strong system knowledge of Supply Chain Planning tools such as DRP, AIM, SAP, and Cornerstone.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Ability to walk a 500,000 square foot facility
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (concrete floors, changing temperatures)
