Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – Finish

Compensation:
$19.50 PLUS production pay

The Opportunity:

The Warehouse Lead supports site operations by providing hands‑on leadership and daily direction to warehouse associates while actively participating in warehouse work. This role assists site leadership with coordinating labor, monitoring productivity, reinforcing safety standards, and ensuring freight is processed accurately and efficiently. The Warehouse Lead works side‑by‑side with associates and serves as a point of escalation for basic operational or workflow issues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, loading and unloading freight, sorting, palletizing, auditing, repacking, housekeeping, and supporting daily operational goals as directed by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; work environment is fast‑paced and physically demanding
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled will vary
• Prior warehouse experience required; lead or crew‑lead experience strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly, set expectations, and lead by example on the warehouse floor
• Basic problem‑solving skills to support workflow, productivity, and safety compliance
