Job Title: Managed Receiving Scheduling Coordinator

Managed Receiving Scheduling Manager
Hours:
40 Hours per week with additional overtime hours as needed and depending on customers' operating hours, flexible daily schedule; on call as needed, with rotating weekend coverage

Less than 10% (as/when needed)
JOB SUMMARY:
- Schedule Inbound appointments while communicating with a range of dispatchers, carriers, and/or vendors within the stated operations parameters (primarily via email and systems messages)
- Create/Update delivery appointments for specified partners for purchase orders not meeting online scheduling criteria (outside system rules)
- Provide application training and scheduling support for partners/Vendors/Carriers using the Managed Receiving Scheduling application as well as other scheduling applications
- Process new user applications creating user profiles and modifying dashboard settings as required in all scheduling applications
- Maintain/Update carrier and user lists/setup/access in various scheduling applications
- Monitor and track telephone and email requests for assistance, identifying target areas for improvement
- Prepare/Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
- Strong organization, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide training and support to new and existing Managed Receiving users (partners, vendors, carriers, agents, etc.)
- Monitor request for support and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide timely responses to users requesting assistance (typically less than 1 hour)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Typing- capable of responding effectively to 300+ Emails daily
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. (Laptop and case)
- Good written/verbal communication skills
- Travel Requirements: Minimal - Less than 10%
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Transportation/Logistics Management experience preferred.
