Capstone Logistics is looking for experienced Box Truck Drivers to drive 26ft box trucks from our partners fulfillment center delivering to stores.

What Success Looks Like:
- Drivers are to unload freight from fulfillment center to stores.
- Any customer service experience and delivery driver experience is welcomed; training provided.
- Provide excellent customer service while delivering freight.
- Drive a company box truck safely and in accordance with the company and partners driving standards
- Operate, company-provided technology devices for mapping.
- Maintain communication with stores while en route to inform them of any issues or changes to their delivery in adherence to partner delivery standards.
- Ensure freight is delivered on time and in good condition, resolving any issues that may occur.
- Control and maintain an accurate record of deliveries
- Assist fellow drivers that may encounter difficulties while out delivering
- Ensure that goods are kept within the correct temperature guidelines; monitor and record temperatures to follow food health and safety regulations
- Handle product safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines; record any serious breakages or contamination issues and report to supervisor
- Complete pre-inspections check of company vehicle before use and report any defects to supervisor
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Easy Requirements
- Valid driver's license Must meet company's background requirements
- Must annually pass a DOT regulated medical exam
- Must have a good driving record Ability to operate a delivery vehicle and handheld tablet device
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be at least 21 years old
